All mandatory fields on the form marked * should be completed.
Contact details (phone numbers & email IDs) entered in the application form should be accurate and should be the same for all siblings.
You must include contact details and documents for two adults (preferably mother and father but at least one of the contacts must be a parent or legal guardian)
Please make sure you have the following documents (electronic format) ready for uploading

Most recent report card from the current school
Once you have submitted your online application, your child’s details will be reviewed by the Admissions Department, who will contact you via email with further information.
All correspondence will be by email. Please make sure that you enter the correct email address in the application form. Add @albasmaschool.ae to your safe sender's list in your email accounts to ensure you receive all our emails. If you do not hear from us please check your spam or junk folder for emails from Al Basma before contacting us to follow up.
AGE CRITERIA FOR THIS YEAR'S ADMISSIONS IS AS GIVEN BELOW:
FS1 (Nursery) - Minimum 3 years as on 31st August
FS2 (KG1) - Minimum 4 years as on 31st August
Year 1 (KG2) - Minimum 5 years as on 31st August
Year 2 (Grade 1) - Minimum 6 years as on 31st August
Year 3 and above- Admission to Year 3 (Grade 2 and above is based on the completion on previous year/grade and age is not a criteria)
Documents required for transferring from a school in another country:
1- Official End of Year mark list signed and stamped by the issuing school Principal.
2- (A Transfer Certificate) with the issuing school stamp, ministry of education stamp from the issuing country and the UAE Embassy and MOFAIC stamps from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi .
These must both be in English – if they are not issued in English, you must take an official translation from one of the legal translators in a typing office before taking attestation.
Attestation of the (Transfer Certificate) as above is required for all countries except transfers from GCC countries, Northern Europe, Britain, Australia, Canada and North America
Transfers Certificates from GCC countries: must be in English or must have an official English translation attached and require the signature of the school Principal and stamp of the issuing school plus the stamp of the issuing Ministry of Education.
Transfers Certificates from Northern Europe, Britain, Australia, Canada and North America countries: must be in English or must have an official English translation attached but only need to be signed and stamped by the issuing school Principal.
If a transfer certificate is not available in the country issuing the end of year report please submit a sequence of study attested as required above instead.
